Shipping Policy

Our goal is to have all of our in stock items shipped as quickly as possible.  Most in stock items will ship within 5 days.  Tracking information is provided once an item has shipped.  Transit times vary depending on the item and location.  Once an item ships, you should expect it to arrive in 2-7 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on the item. Information will be specified in each product description.  Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once an order has been placed in the shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.

Return Policy

No refunds or returns unless the item was damaged in shipping.  If you receive a damaged item, please leave the item in its original packaging and contact us within 48 hours at hello@proximityinteriors.com and we will email with return instructions.
