      Shipping Policy

      Our goal is to have all of our in stock items shipped as quickly as possible.  Most in stock items will ship within 5 days.  Tracking information is provided once an item has shipped.  Transit times vary depending on the item and location.  Once an item ships, you should expect it to arrive in 2-7 business days.

      Shipping times vary depending on the item. Information will be specified in each product description.  Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once an order has been placed in the shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.


      Return Policy

      While Proximity Interiors stands by every product we sell, we understand there may be reasons to return items. 

      General Return Policy

      Below are the requirements for a successful return on general items:

      • For a full refund, product must be returned within 10 days of delivery.  Please contact our customer service team regarding any returns. 
      • Product must be returned in it’s original packaging. It must be unused and undamaged.  If the order arrives damaged, we are unable to provide a refund and you (the Customer) will need to file a claim with the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the item is returned safely and undamaged within the refund window, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product. 
      • Proximity Interiors does not cover the shipping costs of return shipping fees; all return shipping charges are the Customer’s responsibility.
      • Once the item arrives, our shipping department will inspect the item and issue a credit on the same credit card that was used for the purchase.
      • Please ship returned packages to the following address. Please make sure to note your original order number or include your packing slip. 



      There are special notes for returning rugs. 

      • There is a 25% Restocking Fee on all returned rugs.
      • The rug must be returned in new, unused condition.
      • If returned rugs arrive showing damage or signs of wear, we cannot process a credit or refund.


      There are special notes for returning lighting.

      • Returns are only acceptable on non-installed items.
      • There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned lighting.
      • The fixture must be in it’s original packaging. Including all original packaging material and original factory information.
      • The fixture must be packaged exactly as it was shipped. Do not write or put any marking on the outside of the packaging.  Slight changes in the re-packing could cause the fixture to be damaged in transit, making the return invalid. 
      • Customized lighting is non-returnable and non-refundable.

      Furniture & Custom Upholstery

      All furniture sales are final.  We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchase, custom upholstery (sofas, loveseats, etc.).
